Lisa has over 30 years of professional experience applying adult learning principles and multimedia instructional design theories to analyze, design, develop, implement, execute, and evaluate custom training courses and blended learning solutions (instructor-led, multimedia DVD, eLearning and virtual sessions).Prior to entering Corporate America, She taught math at the middle and high school levels.
She has extensive experience creating learner-centered training courses and presenting content for diverse client populations from the following industries: government, law firms, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, health care, non-profit associations, higher education and K-12 schools.
Lisa holds a MS degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a concentration in Adult Education from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Mathematics. She is a member of several professional organizations including the Association for Talent Development national and local chapters.

Nathaniel has 30+ years of experience, initially as a manager of derivatives accounting and an auditor of broker-dealer firms registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers. Upon relocating to Georgia in 2006, Nat obtained his Georgia Teacher's License in Business Education, all subject areas of Special Education, and English/Language Arts. He also holds Computer Science and Gifted endorsements.
Nat is currently instructing students in applied business education and computer programming classes in middle- and high- school levels, emphasizing basic finance courses and computer programming and software skills. He also teaches students at Georgia State University through an Upward Bound program.
He has mentored students through a business partnership with Traveler's Insurance Company which resulted in two students receiving college scholarships from the company. He also has coached students in fundamentals of money management and stock market trading which resulted in two successive years of his students winning first place prizes in the nationwide Stock Market Game.

He also obtained certification in Blackboard and Moodle Learning Management Systems and developed on-line courses using these technologies.
Currently, Don is a software and web development instructor for Durham Technical Community College. His responsibilities include creating and presenting various courses such as Java, C#, HTML5, CSS, and Android Mobile App Development. Don holds certifications in: Java Script Development, Oracle DBMS, MTA Java and Web Securities.
